A: If your current hosting provider can no longer fulfill the needs of your web site, or when you suffer from frequent network downtime, or if you have to wait for hours for the customer service team to reply to you, it might be a clever idea to swap your web hosting provider, i.e. to transfer all the files for your websites along with your databases from your present provider to your future provider. At 1CreationSiteWeb.Com, we know that this can often be difficult and time–consuming. This is why we will accomplish all that for you for free!Our highly competent technical team reps will move your site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have got a lot of experience migrating websites and are able to handle anything – from an ordinary WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ website, to a highly elaborate, custom–built web app.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, since there are lots of variables, including the size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our very best to transfer your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t require any sensitive details. We’ll need, though, the login info for your current hosting account as well as the name of the site that you would like to move.

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share exactly the same info you have given to your previous web hosting provider. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive data is dealt with.

A: While we migrate your site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. Once the migration is done, we’ll ensure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not affected prior to notifying you that the transfer is completed. Then we’ll tell you how to move the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS records.

A: Nope. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We will never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all conventional Linux–based web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we do not support proprietary website building and management interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
